The pitch type (outdoor/indoor), square meterage, artificial turf quality and pile height, ground and drainage condition, lighting (LED floodlights), the surrounding fencing & netting system and additional structures such as a grandstand/changing room, if any, are the main items determining the cost.
No. Our site visit and quotation process is completely free. We come to your site, assess the dimensions and base condition, and provide a clear, itemized quote.
The payment plan is determined according to the scope and size of the project and is clearly stated in the contract. We share the details transparently at the quotation stage.
Although it varies depending on location, occupancy and pricing, well-run pitches can usually pay for themselves within 1.5–3 years. Since indoor pitches generate revenue in all four seasons, this period can be shorter.
Although it varies according to the ground condition and size, outdoor pitches are usually completed on a turnkey basis within a few weeks. For indoor pitches, the timeframe may extend somewhat because the steel structure and roofing process are added.

An outdoor pitch lowers the initial investment and is built quickly; an indoor pitch (steel structure + cover) increases operating revenue by enabling uninterrupted year-round use, but its initial cost is higher. We guide you to the right option based on your region's climate and your target occupancy rate.
Dimensions of 25×45 m and 30×50 m are commonly preferred. However, we also design in custom dimensions according to the condition of your land and your needs.
Yes. We can remove the aging artificial turf of your existing pitch and lay new turf, and renew the seam and infill (sand/granule) application.
We use FIFA-compliant, durable artificial turf options. The pile height is generally between 40–60 mm; we determine the right type together based on your budget and performance expectations.
Artificial turf is priced according to pile height, yarn type and density. Premium/FIFA-compliant turf is more durable and comfortable, and increases the cost somewhat compared to standard turf.
For efficient evening use, we recommend energy-saving LED floodlights that provide shadow-free, balanced light. Poles and electrical installation are planned as part of the project.
The perimeter fencing and overhead netting prevent the ball from leaving the pitch; they are essential for the safety and comfort of play. We use galvanized posts and UV-resistant netting.
Yes. We provide a written warranty for the materials used and the workmanship. The warranty scope and period are shared at the delivery stage.
Periodic brushing, infill (sand/granule) checks and regular cleaning preserve the pitch's lifespan and playing quality. At delivery, we share maintenance recommendations tailored to you.
Yes. Even after delivery, we stand by you for warranty coverage and any maintenance/repair needs.
