This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK" or the "Law") and the relevant legislation, by Sistem Spor Yapı A.Ş. in its capacity as data controller, in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are processed, to whom and for what reasons they may be transferred, the method of collection, and your rights under Article 11 of the Law.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by us, whose identity and contact information are provided below, in our capacity as the "data controller" defined in Article 3 of the KVKK, within the scope and conditions explained in this Disclosure Statement.

2. Definitions
The principal terms used in this text are employed with the meanings given to them in the KVKK and the relevant legislation:
- Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Special category personal data: Data specially protected under the Law, such as health, sex life, race, ethnic origin, religion, sect, criminal conviction and biometric data.
- Processing of personal data: Any operation such as obtaining, recording, storing, modifying or transferring data.
- Data subject: The natural person whose personal data is processed (you).
- Data controller: The party that determines the purposes and means of processing data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
- Explicit consent: Consent relating to a specific matter, based on being informed, and expressed by free will.
- Board: The Personal Data Protection Board.
3. Categories of Personal Data Processed
Through our website and within the scope of the communication established with you, your personal data may be processed in the following categories:

Special-category personal data is not requested through our site. Please do not share special-category data (such as health) via forms and messages.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes in accordance with the principles and conditions set out in Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Receiving, evaluating, and responding to your contact and quote requests,
- Carrying out site visit, measurement, planning and service processes,
- Establishing and performing contractual processes, and managing after-sales support and warranty processes,
- Establishing communication with you and following up on requests/complaints,
- Improving the security, performance, and user experience of the website,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations and meeting the requests of authorized institutions,
- Should you give your explicit consent, the sending of commercial electronic messages regarding campaigns and notifications.
5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds listed in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
- Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç),
- The processing of data being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e),
- Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (art. 5/2-f).
In cases where these legal grounds are absent (for example, the sending of commercial electronic messages), your personal data is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
6. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact and quote forms on our website, e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp and similar communication channels, and by automated means such as cookies during your use of the site.
7. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and in accordance with the conditions in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
- To the suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners we work with to provide the service,
- To the technology providers from whom we obtain hosting, email, and infrastructure services,
- To authorized public institutions and bodies and to judicial authorities within the scope of a legal obligation,
- To professional advisors from whom we receive services, such as lawyers and financial consultants.
Your personal data is not transferred abroad unless you have given your explicit consent or the conditions set out in the Law are met; it is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the minimum retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. When the purpose of processing ceases to exist and the legal retention periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
9. Measures Regarding Data Security
Technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and unauthorized access to the data, and to ensure that the data is stored securely. In this context, an SSL-encrypted connection, access authorization, up-to-date software and security measures, and the necessary administrative processes are implemented.
10. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information about it if they have been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Requesting the correction of data that has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- To request the deletion or destruction of data within the framework of the conditions set out in the Law,
- Requesting that correction, deletion, and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- To request the compensation of damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
11. Exercising Your Rights and Application Method
You may submit your requests regarding the rights above, together with information verifying your identity, within the scope of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", by e-mail to info@halisahamaliyeti.com or in writing to our address Ostim OSB Mah. 1207. Cad. No:34/A, 06370 Yenimahalle / Ankara.
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, should the process require an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. Should your application be rejected or should you find the response provided insufficient, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of becoming aware of the response and, in any case, within 60 days of the application date.
12. Changes to the Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice may be revised from time to time in line with legislative changes and updates to our business processes. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect the moment it is published.
